SiteFlow ("SiteFlow", "we", "our", "us") is a construction project execution tracker that helps contractors and site managers track daily progress, expenses, timesheets, and profitability in real time. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is designed to comply with the App Store Review Guidelines, the GDPR, and the CCPA.
1 Information We Collect
Account information
- Name and email address (from sign-up or Sign in with Apple)
- Company name and optional phone number
- Apple user identifier (if you use Sign in with Apple)
- Password hash — bcrypt only, never plaintext (email sign-up only)
Project & business data
- Project details (titles, values, descriptions, addresses, dates)
- Daily reports (progress, produced value, workers count, costs, notes)
- Expense records (supplier, amounts, document numbers)
- Invoices, timesheets, and worker profiles
- Team members and invitations
Photos & media
- Construction progress photos you take or select
- Document and receipt photos attached to expenses
Location data (optional)
- GPS coordinates attached to a report only when you explicitly enable location tagging. Never collected in the background.
Device & diagnostic data
- Apple Push Notification (APNs) device token
- Device model, OS version, app version
- Crash and basic diagnostic logs
2 How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the SiteFlow service, including real-time profitability
- Authenticate you and secure your account
- Send project-related push notifications
- Generate PDF reports, CSV exports, and home screen widgets
- Support offline mode and automatic sync
- Fix bugs and improve reliability
- Comply with legal obligations
No ads. No tracking. No data brokers. SiteFlow does not use your data for advertising and never sells it.
3 Sign in with Apple
SiteFlow offers Sign in with Apple as a primary sign-in method. Apple sends us an opaque identifier and — only the first time — your name and email. If you choose Hide My Email, Apple provides a private relay email. We store only the identifier, name, and email tied to your SiteFlow account. We never receive your Apple password.
4 Subscriptions & Payments
SiteFlow is free to download and includes a 7-day free trial of the full Pro experience. After the trial, a paid subscription is required.
Payments are processed by Apple. We never see or store your card or billing details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
Each user must subscribe individually. Invited team members must start their own subscription to use SiteFlow.
5 Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing. Project data is only accessible to members of your company invited through the app. We share the minimum necessary with:
- Hostinger — web hosting and database storage (EU)
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, APNs, App Store receipts
We may also disclose information if legally required or to protect the rights and safety of users.
6 Storage & Security
Data is stored on secure servers in the European Union. All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
7 Retention & Deletion
We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from Profile > Delete account inside the app. When you do:
- Your personal data is permanently removed
- All projects, reports, expenses, and timesheets you created are deleted
- Cached data on your device is cleared the next time the app launches
- The action cannot be undone
8 Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Export your data (CSV export in the app)
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Opt out of push notifications
- Object to or restrict processing
- Complain to your local data protection authority

9 Children's Privacy
SiteFlow is a professional construction tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
